Gen Z doesn’t fall from the sky! Blame their upbringing and parents who are Millenials right? No parenting is perfect but somewhere the humbleness, integrity, empathy has to be instilled at home, which has gone for a toss, cause the parents wants their kids to go with the so called trend and fear of being left out

I dnt find anything wrong in it. In indian culture people call their bosses by Sir/Madam or Mr or Mrs. In western countries they like to be called by their first name only. Because according to developed nations, they both are learning from each other. But in asian culture it is presumed that a young is always learning from the old one. Different culture thats it.

Why you always need a sugarcoated email filled with unnecessary reasons for leave.. He wanted he informed… instead of sending WhatsApp he at least emailed the whatsapp text 😂😂

The wrong is using bye and not closing formally, this is not your home

Lovely 👏🏻 only GenZ can change the toxic work culture and not give in to the unjustified work pressure destroying the work life balance and mental health

I teach boys and girls of this age group day in and out. These Gen Z people are pathetic, to say the least. Many people may sugarcoat their words, but I don’t.

What is so surprising about it? It is his/her own leave to which he/she entitled to. Why it has always need to be a big explanation about taking leave and seeking permission to take own leave, rather than just notifying about it. Its nothing to do with genz or not, its more about understanding and exercising your right.

We can see that most of them supports the approach and some don’t like the email. Especially the word ‘Bye’ at the end of the email is what most people don’t like rather than that everyone likes.
